Ireckon worked with Adecco USA and partners BlueGlass Interactive to produce a multi-phased Facebook Application – America’s Best Boss.
The App was part of a US-wide Campaign to identify some of America’s Best Bosses, and encourage recognition by their staff, friends and family on Facebook.
Using the Facebook App, phase 1 asked employees to nominate their Boss, with nominations published to their feed. Once the nominations were in, the finalists were named, and the second phase launched – the voting phase.
The Facebook App was a huge success, inspiring creative responses, interaction with the page and return visitors. What a great way to generate some buzz and interaction using a social platform like Facebook!
