Do you build trust with people and convert that into long term business relationships? Do you create more new opportunities through referrals than any other source?

People buy from people. Normally those they trust.

Often that’s after a lot of hard work, proving your value in many different situations, or by gaming the system and getting an awesome referral. Of course to get a referral you must have built trust previously.

It means you delivered on the promise you made to that person.

That’s a big ask in a market where everyone is moving too fast to care about the trail they leave behind them. Delivering on promises means being able to bring that promise back into your organisation, lay out what you promised, and help the team who have to deliver it do their job.

But of course that matters to you. Everything about prospective clients and the clients you have managed for some time matters.

They matter so much sometimes you find yourself awake at night pondering a solution that would suit them. You might tweet your boss with a crazy idea to win the deal, of course your boss would probably answer back when most bosses are fast asleep. Maybe you would crowd source a solution after writing out your thoughts in an engaging blog post, and learn a new approach you hadn’t thought of from your own personal community of followers.

We want an honest, driven and technically savvy Account and New Business Manager. We have one already, but we really need a second. We have restructured how we deliver on our promises and the new model is working so well, frankly we can’t keep up.

In a good way.

We accept that to do a really good job everyone needs some room to move.

You can’t be running at sprint pace all day every day.

So rather than burn out our existing person we are hunting for a partner.

Work with the latest web based CRM and business management tools that make your working life easy, plenty of inbound leads and a large group of existing customers and a small dynamic team.

We provide services to national brands, international companies and local businesses. We have partnered with one of the world’s best Search and Social agencies and are starting to roll out some extremely exciting products that will be an important part of this role.

We are located close to the CBD (at the Gabba) with parking and good facilities nearby. The role is based from this office when you aren’t out meeting and developing relationships with people.
