The Gold Coast Bulletin's new website design
06Oct06
The Gold Coast Bulletin is Queensland’s largest regional daily newspaper and is part of the News Limited network. It has been serving the Gold Coast for the past 120 years.
Ireckon we were asked to redesign their existing website, and have provided a new website design that enables straightforward navigation and use. As well as reading up on all the local news and sport, readers can also submit local stories, share a great picture, or send a letter to the editor by filling out and submitting the forms online. Advertisers can also submit adverts online through the simple to use form.
To ensure the site is current and up-to-date, The Gold Coast Bulletin use Ireckon’s ARK Content Management System – ARK CMS. ARK CMS allows The Gold Coast Bulletin’s site to be self managed by their editorial staff. Staff are able to upload news stories without the need for technical expertise, and can access ARK CMS from anywhere with Internet access, allowing roving reporters the chance to publish content whilst away from their desks. ARK CMS allows users to create, update, distribute and publish information on their website effortlessly.
